scregedit.wsf exists nowhere on the server. Otherwise, this howto works perfectly. Thanks.

just go through the command prompt and type the following path
c:\windows\system32\sconfig.cmd

Then one window will open chose the option from the window for enabling the windows rdp(7 is option)
