Dan-

I don't have access to a BES server anymore, but from what I recall, inside the Blackberry Enterprise Manager you define the user account the email will come from. Find that address, and then look in your email system to see if it is an alias for another account, or if a mailbox exists.

Help? "We finally tracked down the result of the failure, which was we were sending the activation email from an alias address, not from a user with an actual mailbox. This morning we changed the address the activation message was sent from to a user with an actual mailbox. "

I am have that type of failure also. How did you find out what account it was trying to use? How or where did you change that address? Please Please help!
